Description
I chose massage therapy as a second career after spending over 20 years working in Corporate IT and experiencing chronic stress of long work days and discomfort manifested in my neck, shoulders, back and hips from extensive periods of working on a laptop at an improperly configured working space. Having my own regular massages helped tremendously to restore function, reduce stress and enabled me to keep doing the things I enjoyed. It was so essential to my wellness that I made it my career to help others in the same way massage has helped me!
