Steph (they/them) is a registered massage therapist with experience in Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, pregnancy massage and scar work. As an RMT, they recognize the importance of calming the nervous system to help relieve areas of tension and pain. They do this by blending techniques that are evidence-based and intuitive, ensuring each treatment is delivered with a grounding presence, patience and with the client’s goals in mind.
