Description
I have a 3000 hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist Diploma and am a Registered Massage Therapist with the CRMTA. My special interests are relieving neck and back pain from office work and healing athletic injury in all ages. I use neuromodulation, myofascial and proprioceptive techniques. That is, I use the science of massage to send a message to your central nervous system to heal your body and reduce pain. Relaxation massage plays a role in quality of life, immunity, mental resilience, regeneration, athletic performance and pain management and it is the core of my practice.
