Description

I provide treatment through a clinic lense focusing on relaxation and pain relief through acute and chronic conditions. I combine my background in hockey and lifting to approach the body with a preventive measure in making sure injuries and overuse of muscle don't occur. My focus is to restore motion, rehabilitation, and educate clients into helping them reach their full body potential. Growing up I was involved in hockey playing in the GTHL at the AAA level.
