Anna is a Registered Massage Therapist with an Honours Degree from Humber College and additional training in cupping therapy, TMJ Dysfunction, Thai Massage, and Thai Foot Reflexology. She combines Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular work, and therapeutic exercise to support her clients’ health and wellness. 

Anna has experience with prenatal care, children, ASD, chronic pain, athletes, and palliative care. She collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Anna aims to educate and empower her patients to support their overall wellbeing.
