Description
I offer Swedish Massage to provide relaxation and relief with the use of moderate pressure. I incorporate myofascial and trigger point release, joint mobilizations and stretching into my practice. I offer Prenatal and Postnatal massage to ease tension and to help with relaxation and pain relief. Prenatal and Postnatal massage can help alleviate pain associated with pregnancy. I strive to help people be at their best and get them back to doing the things they love.
