My passion is treating the body as a whole multi-dimensional unit that is subject to the effects of posture, gravity, and more sitting than we evolved to do, which sometimes means working in a different area than where you feel discomfort. I love helping clients puzzle out why something hurts, working within their comfort to improve the situation, and advising how best to keep it from happening again! I'm capable of very light or very firm pressure as requested by clients and tolerated by their body. I strongly believe that there is more to getting at deep muscles than pushing hard.
