Maxime, passionate about swimming and weight training, dedicated 12 years to competitive swimming, where she developed discipline and rigor. Certified as a Level 1 swimming coach and instructor, she shared her expertise before training in massage therapy and kinesitherapy. Her approach focuses on range of motion, incorporating stretches and passive movements tailored to athletes' specific needs. This fall, Maxime will continue her education to become a personal trainer at Atraxia, further enhancing her skills to provide even more comprehensive support.
