I’m Natalija Filinova, a Toronto-based Massage Therapist with a specialized focus in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, post-surgical recovery, prenatal/postnatal care, and sports massage. I'm a certified Level 3 Dr. Vodder MLD therapist and a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at ICT Kikkawa College, with additional background in kinesiology, personal training, and fascial stretch therapy.

My approach is both clinical and intuitive — I take the time to understand each client’s needs and create treatments that are evidence-informed, deeply personalized, and rooted in movement and recovery.
