With expertise in a variety of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and manual lymph drainage, Allison offers personalized treatments tailored to each client's unique needs.

Graduating from the Massage Therapy program in 2024 and with honors from the University of Guelph-Humber in 2022, Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. Building upon her academic foundation, with a keen interest in wellness she is eager to contribute to your health
