Description

Tiana graduated from Niagara College’s Massage Therapy program in 2023. There, she honed her skills in clinical assessment & soft tissue manipulation.
During her clinical placement, she collaborated with athletes across various sports. This exposure enabled her to develop expertise in treating sports-related injuries & implementing rehabilitation programs. 
With a patient-centered approach, she focuses on alleviating muscle/soft tissue pain with techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, etc. She incorporates a range of stretching & strengthening exercises into her treatment
