Description
I used my knowledge and experience to help guide them in reaching their goals, whether that is to get in better shape or to pursue athletic scholarships for university. With my athletes, I found that with high intensity training will inevitably lead to aches and pains to surface. This inspired me to apply to the massage therapy program at Sutherland-Chan to develop hands on skills and help others find relief from pain from acute or chronic injuries so they can get back to doing what they love.
