I’m a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, relieve tension, and improve mobility. I work with people of all ages, using techniques like Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. My approach is informed by a passion for movement and personal recovery from injury. I aim to create personalized, effective treatments that support long-term wellness.

Summary

We are an accessible location, located on the ground floor of a newly-renovated heritage building in downtown New West, across from great eateries and near lovely boutiques and shops. Our treatment space is beautifully decorated and softly lit, with a heated fleece covering for you to lie on during your treatment. We use high quality oils and aromatherapy upon request in our rooms.
