Sadie graduated with distinction from the Massage Therapy program at TriOS College, and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Sadie is very knowledgeable about the human body and is dedicated to helping her clients alleviate pain and muscle tension while promoting relaxation and stress management. She uses a variety of techniques during treatment including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue work where applicable. She enjoys working on soft tissue and joint related injuries.
