Lauren graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program from Kikkawa College in Toronto in 2019. Lauren has been trained in a wide range of therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. In addition, she has taken specialized courses in prenatal and postpartum massage. Lauren also has a strong interest in treating neck and low back pain.
