Kayla’s approach involves a mix of relaxation and therapeutic techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and PNF stretching. She is also trained in deep tissue massage, targeting more specific areas of concern. She has experience treating a variety of conditions such as tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction, back pain/tension, carpal tunnel, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, and plantar fasciitis.
