Whether your needs are specific to acute injury, or long-standing health issues, or you simply want to improve your vitality or performance, I am here to help. In designing a massage therapy treatment plan I go over a health history with you and provide you with a thorough assessment which includes a postural analysis, range of motion testing, specialized orthopaedic tests, and/or palpations to the areas of concern.
