I discovered massage therapy first as a client, at a time when I needed the care of a knowledgeable and compassionate practitioner who could help me discover the root of my migraines and the source of my chronic hip pain. Being given the space to learn about my body, its limitations, and its incredible capacity for healing, is what inspired me to pursue massage as a career.

My background in women and gender studies has given me a particular interest in prenatal and postnatal care, stress relief, chronic pain, and trauma-informed care.
