Description
Emily is a graduate of CDI’s Registered Massage Therapy program. Her goal as an RMT is to help you recover from soft tissue injuries and dysfunctional movement patterns. She uses a multitude of techniques in her practice such as myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point release, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. As well as implementing collaborative home care programs and remedial exercises to help strengthen and reinforce healthy movement to aid you in doing what you love pain-free.
