A graduate from Sutherland Chan in Toronto Natalia has had the opportunity to both practice and teach massage. Natalia has had varied experiences from treating patients with chronic pain, neuropathy, pregnancy to sports massage. Natalia utilizes Swedish Massage techniques along with myofascial release and trigger point therapy to treat pain and improve mobility. She also has a background in Fascial Stretch Therapy and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture which are often incorporated into treatments when needed.
