Description
Ashley graduated from York University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology. After taking some time off, she decided to pursue her passion in becoming a Massage Therapist by attending Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto, graduating in 2019. She has had clinical experience in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage and Relaxation Massage, to name a few, with knowledge in modalities such as hydrotherapy, joint mobilizations, self care and muscle energy techniques.
