She is passionate about everything she does and loves helping people become the best version of themselves. Regardless of your activity level, she will work hard with you to customize your treatment plan to your specific needs. Being a retired competitive athlete, she puts great value on the use of massage, hydrotherapy and remedial exercise to help people reach their goals
