He has a wide array of experience working on and off field with high level athletes, post-operative patients, office workers, and weekend warriors. Matthew is a huge proponent of exercise and physical activity as the key to improving your physical and mental wellbeing.
Matthew takes a collaborative, goal-oriented approach to his care. He uses a combination of manual therapy techniques, exercise programming, and patient education to help you feeling and moving your best.
