Description
Brigitte is a former professional contemporary dancer, with experience as a ballet instructor, CrossFit coach, fitness instructor, and personal trainer. Having seen many therapists in her past (and experienced many injuries!), Brigitte has a lot of personal practice with injury rehabilitation and prevention. These experiences are what motivate her to help others in their recovery process
