Vincent is a Registered Massage Therapist with a deep passion for movement and health. His journey into massage therapy was inspired by his own experiences with injury and recovery, coupled with his active lifestyle, which includes running, tennis, and fitness. Having faced both mental and physical setbacks, he understands the challenges many individuals face and is committed to being part of their healing journey. Vincent’s treatment philosophy is rooted in educating others about their bodies and addressing the underlying causes of discomfort.

We start by looking at the global picture of how your body is ordered, how your body moves, and how one issue can lead to problems elsewhere. This helps us to systematically identify the root cause of any pain, dysfunction, or areas holding you back from your movement potential. From this point, we will use a combination of manual therapy, education, and progressive exercises to create lasting change.
