Description
Ainsleah’s passion for movement and performance began at a young age through competitive gymnastics and dance. Growing up, she regularly worked with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and registered massage therapists to care for her body and enhance her athletic abilities. These experiences sparked her interest in rehabilitation and injury prevention, ultimately leading her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others move and feel their best. Outside of the clinic, Ainsleah enjoys golfing, running, and working out, always staying active and embracing new ways to challenge her body.
