She is also trained in Hot Stone Massage and has completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program from McMaster University which helps relieve muscular pain. Her main goal for her clients are the reduction of pain, stress and improving the overall physical and mental health of her varied clientele.

Her experiencing and technique is very soothing. Light touch but unexpectedly works as she's managed to target pressure points that have allowed my muscles to relax to the point of me snoring intermittently throughout my session.
