Diana believes pain and stress are complex issues, caused by multiple factors such as work, lifestyle, diet, medications etc. To create an effective treatment plan, she will work with you by performing quick assessments before and after the massage to track progress and determine future treatment or to simply maintain good muscle and joint health . She will address areas of concern, reduce your stress, give targeted home care to build strength, flexibility and mobility or to simply manage and decrease pain due to injuries and life's little or big stressors.
