Description
A treatment with Joel would consist of general Swedish techniques to warm up the tissue, myofascial techniques to open space in the tissues, deep targeted techniques to release tense muscles, specific stretching techniques to gain greater range of motion, and joint mobilizations to increase joint nutrition and the space within joints for more comfortable range of motion. He personally has experienced how demanding sports are on the body and how important good maintenance and recovery is.
