Hi, I’m Aspen! I completed my 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma at MacEwan University. I offer therapeutic treatments supported by a comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, pathology and kinesiology. These foundations, as well as a thorough initial assessment, allow me to develop a personalized and effective treatment plan. My goal as a practitioner is to help you restore and maintain healthy tissues for optimal performance, whether that’s for sports or everyday movement.
