Driven by a passion to help clients feel and move their best, my approach includes a tailored treatment to your needs, whether you’re dealing with an injury, seeking improved range of motion, or simply looking to destress. My treatments will include techniques of myofascial release, stretching, joint play, therapeutic techniques, and most importantly I take a listening first approach.  I’m an avid learner, constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and skills and have plans for even more training in the future. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
