Description
Each treatment includes Jade hot stones, warmed bamboo sticks and essential oils. The hot jade stones are moved quickly to evenly distribute heat to the area being treated. The warm jade stones and bamboo sticks are then used as tools throughout the massage treatment to hold and release painful trigger points, pin and stretch muscles, gently scrape/friction scar tissue and to apply Myofascial Release Technique. Adding heat to your massage allows Kyrstin to gently work deep into the fascial and muscular tissue resulting in a more effective treatment and less post massage soreness.
