Description
Samantha March is a licensed massage therapist with a 3000 hour RMT diploma. Sam combines General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, FR® (Functional Range Release), FRC® (Functional Range Conditioning), and strength/stretching techniques. Sam is a former competitive athlete in multiple sports and has a background in Personal Training. Sam’s approach to treatment focuses on maintaining and improving joint range of motion to decrease the risk of injury and increase performance. She is also a Certified Kinstretch Instructor, teaching Kinstretch classes on a weekly basis.
