Description
Jen received a diploma in Massage Therapy from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and is now a BC Registered Massage Therapist. She completed both years of school achieving Honours with Distinction and is enjoying assisting clients in their journey to increased mobility. Jen uses a mixture of general Swedish massage techniques alongside therapeutic techniques such as myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, active and passive release and more to help mitigate stress, reduce muscle tension, increase whole body mobility and encourage relaxation.
