Description
I have always had a passion for helping people which lead me to the wellness industry in 2009 when I became a personal fitness trainer. After years of working in the fitness industry and taking time off to travel, I decided to take my wellness career a step further and enrolled in the 2200 hour diploma program at Alberta College of Massage Therapy. I graduated with honors in 2016 and have enjoyed using my knowledge and techniques to help people ever since. I pride myself on my ability to listen to a client's specific needs. I like to use a variety of therapeutic, deep tissue and relaxation
