Tracy’s manual treatment has been exclusively Active Release Technique for the last 22 years. This makes Tracy one of the most experienced ART providers in the Ottawa area. Tracy uses ART to treat the causative factor of the injury and then applies Shockwave Therapy to the symptom site which maximizes the healing and accelerates results. The power is in using the ART and the Shockwave together to get you back onto your field of play quickly.
