Description
Sara has an in-depth understanding of the complex and integrated systems of the human body, functional movement and human kinetics, and injury rehabilitation. Sara believes the majority of physical restrictions can be improved and corrected with a combination of hands-on treatment and movement re-patterning. She uses a tailored approached for each patients’ unique lifestyle, and enjoys focusing her RMT practice on injury rehabilitation, pain science and patient education about functional movement and the human body.
