Description
Jodie is a graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. Before starting down the path to Massage Therapy, Jodie acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brock University in St. Catharines (2012-2016). She has let her passion for health and wellness guide her in her interests for working with rehabilitative and an injury prevention style of care. Jodie utilizes a diverse range of techniques during her treatments which may include myofascial release, stretching, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and sports massage.
