Emily's journey into the world of wellness began through her passion for competitive gymnastics, where she learned firsthand the significance of musculoskeletal health. This early interest blossomed into a career when she graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy with a 3000-hour diploma in 2011. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, Emily also furthered her education by obtaining a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Psychology.
