Description
Laura began working in the health and wellness field in 2006. In 2009 she began her diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College. She attained her personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. In 2018 she graduated from Mount Royal University for Massage Therapy and she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. In 2023 she received a diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy.
