Description
Anika graduated from Mount Royal University’s Massage Therapy program. Her experience competing internationally as one of Canada’s top female wrestlers gave her a unique appreciation for the body. Through her own injuries and those of her teammates she learned that there is more to well being and recovery than meets the eye. She aims to empower clients through an evidence based and trauma informed massage approach. She is constantly looking to expand her knowledge, which is why you will often find her reading one of the books she has on the go, or adding more to an endless list of “to be read"

Anika clearly explained the massage treatment and how it would relax muscles thereby taking pressure off my nerve in the shoulder, arm and thumb areas. She regularly checked how I was doing and if the applied pressure was ok. She is very pleasant and professional and I felt a great deal better after the treatment.

They said they deal with both the insurance before but when we went there for massage, they said they are not dealing with the secondary insurance and that was unsatisfactory for me.
