Sarra completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2019. Coming from a competitive swimming background, she noticed the benefits and positive outcomes of massage therapy, thus inspiring her to pursue a career as an RMT. Whether the intention is ongoing maintenance or a road to recovery from an accident, she aims to help her clients achieve these goals. Her treatments consist of a combination of PNF stretching, Swedish massage, neuromuscular techniques and joint mobilizations.
