Patrick spent more than 15 years as a high-performance athlete in both soccer and dance. These experiences sparked a keen interest in manual therapies and physical well-being, giving him a credible and relatable approach to treatment.

With each session, his goal is to facilitate healing, relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing; taking the time to understand the clients needs and goals. He takes pride in educating clients on simple remedial exercises to optimize health and recovery at home or in the workplace.

He looks forward to helping clients discover the benefits
of massage therapy.
