Description

Jessie has recently taken classes in both Cupping and Lymphatic Drainage. 

She adapts techniques and pressure to best suit your needs. Incorporating Swedish Techniques, Fascial Release, Trigger Point pain relief, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping and Gua Sha along with stretching and at home self care recommendations. She has worked with Trillium Health Partners on their “Live Well” program providing massages to hospital staff.

In her off work hours she is usually chasing after her young son with his activities and generally being outdoors with her family as much as possible.
