Always a believer in, and advocate for optimal health, Amy is passionate about living a healthy, happy, and holistic lifestyle, while providing information and skilled support to help others maintain their own.

A graduate of the Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy, Amy is also a fascial stretch therapist and doula. Through student clinics Amy has experience working with stroke patients, high risk pregnancies, and athletes.

In addition to her work as a manual therapist, Amy possesses 10 years of yoga and meditation experience including certifications in Kundalini and prenatal yoga.
