Description
I successfully graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology in 2019 and am a member of good standing with the CMTO. Massage has always been a part of my career journey since I became an esthetician in 2012. I use various techniques including trigger point therapy, joint mobilization and Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. I also specialize in Indie Head massage which can be beneficial to increasing joint mobility in the neck and shoulders, and may improve blood circulation and lymphatic flow.
