Brady grew up in Timmins Ontario, where from a young age, you could find him playing any and every sport. Throughout high school, he played competitive hockey, golf, volleyball and badminton. After high school, he played a year of Junior Hockey for the Renfrew Timberwolves, where he knew he wanted to have a career that focused on physical rehabilitation and helping people move and feel their best.
