I’ve been a RMT since 2015 I offer Swedish, hot stone, trigger point therapy, Indian head massage, pre & post natal, infant massage, relaxation massage & teaching parents how to massage their infants. I tailor each massage treatment to each client, I check in with clients throughout their treatment to ensure client comfort and safety and the pressure used is to their liking. I'm a RMT, I have been practicing since 2015. Massages I offer are: Swedish, Pre & Post natal massage, Treating infants & children, Teaching parents infant massage, Relaxation, Hot stone, and Trigger point therapy and also Indian head massage. I believe in incorporating stretching to help relax tight muscles and further increase clients relaxation. My goal is to decrease stress/pain/discomfort the client may be experiencing I tailor each massage to clients specific needs. I also offer corporate massages/ events in york region.
