Jennifer, founder of Metta, began her career as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2001 after graduating from the Canadian College of Massage Therapy. With a background in psychology and counseling, she offers a holistic wellness experience. Over 20 years, Jennifer has gained thousands of hours of clinical experience and studied various modalities, including yoga, meditation, prenatal and Thai massage, aromatherapy, Reiki, acupressure, and shiatsu. Her intuitive, mindful massage therapy incorporates slow compressive techniques, essential oils, pressure points, stretching, and deep breathing.
