Description
I am recent honour graduate passionate to grow my business as a mMassage Therapist. I enjoy working with clients to achieve their goals weather it be to increase mobility, decrease pain or for relaxation. I provide custom treatment plans in 30-90 minute sessions using touch to maculate soft tissues and joints in the body. Techniques include myofascial release, Swedish Massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, joint play, and stretching. Additional modalities offered are therapeutic cupping, hot stone massage, and cyro therapy. I plan on continuing my education and become certified in FST.
